[Dynamis n. Greek: δύναμις (Dunamis) - strength, ability, power, "inherent power, power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person or thing exerts and puts forth" * Lat.: dunamis - power, might, strength]

Dynamis in homeopathy

Hahnemann used this term in the Organon exactly to express just that Greek meaning and considered it, "the spiritual vital force (autocracy), the dynamis that animates the material body (organism)" § 9 Organon

Hahnemann related the Dynamis to disease:

For as far the greatest number of diseases are of dynamic (spiritual) origin and dynamic (spiritual) nature, their cause is therefore not perceptible to the senses (introduction Organon)

Vital force

Synonym Dynamis. The Dynamis or vital force can be considered an holistic concept. 

The vital force in the individual becomes therefore the ego, that most intimate spark of the individual which is in itself the essence of the individual, and which divides his individuality from others, yet is his closest relationship to the universe. **
