Effect

Proposed effect: Obesity management. The chemical compound suppresses absorption of dietary fats by the pancreatic enzyme lipase 
Actual effect:* Suppressive or antipathic. By blocking the natural enzyme the drug takes over or compensates the action which the body itself should have taken in the first place. This probably exposes the body to auto-immune like diseases in the long term as can be indicated by the side effects muscle pains, back pains and infections. 

Warning

While obesity is a life long problem, the side effects of Orlistat have not been studied for more than 2 years. While obesity burdens the digestive tract, Xenical has the same effect by producing side effects on the digestive tract proving the medicine to be allopathic, many side effects involving stool indicate a burdening on the lower bowels and anus. Causation of auto-immune like diseases can not be proven but are likely to be indicated. *

Digestive tract

Stool: diarrhea, fatty or oily, fecal urgency or incontinence, increased defecation and gas with fecal discharge
