This type, extraverted, directs the primary shift towards the Self, often tries to be the center of attention by making the primary function a strong one being in the conscious and subconscious. This type is often a relative good organizer, objective, mostly specialized in objects (except ENTJ) or handling persons.

 ENTJ: Intuitive central
 ESTJ: Concrete central
 ESTP: Structural central
 ESFP: Social central 

Semiology
Nonverbal communication: Rudimental. Difficult creating feedback.  Maintaining feedback, too much feedback
Verbal communication: Sophisticated. Easy creating feedback. Maintaining feedback, too much feedback

Psychiatry:*  Cluster B personality disorders: paranoid personality disorder (ENTJ), antisocial personality disorder (ESTJ), narcissistic personality disorder (ESTP), histrionic personality disorder (ESFP), etc. (DSM-IV)
Behavior psychology:** Towards schizophrenia, paranoid type, catatonic type. Delusional disorder, Schizoaffective disorder
